What Snamdan can do

The honest limits
- Telegram can read Telegram Business chats. These are cloud chats, not Secret Chats, and bots cannot join Secret Chats.
- On arrival, a message is briefly readable in server memory before it is sealed. It is never written to storage in that state.
- Names, timestamps, message types and counts remain readable so your directory and account tools work.
- Keep your recovery key safe. If you lose every unlock method, we cannot restore your saved chats. Optional Snamdan recovery has a separate trade-off explained during setup.

Is text evidence kept on every plan?
Yes. Text, edit history and deletion records are kept on every plan unless you choose to delete them. Media storage and history depend on your plan.
What happens when I go over a limit?
Your usage meters show how much space and how many users you use. You can free up space or move to a larger plan from your billing page.
Can I request a refund?
Yes. Submit a request with a reason from your billing page. You can follow the decision and read the response there too.
How do I pay?
When payments are enabled, scan a Bakong KHQR code with a supported Cambodian banking app. Have a coupon? Enter it at checkout.
Saved chats you can actually rely on
An evidence log is only worth something if nobody, including you, can quietly rewrite it. Snamdan is append-only by construction.
- A Telegram deletion marks the message; your captured copy stays. You stay in control of deleting your own saved chats.
- The original text is immutable. Edits append a new revision with its own timestamp.
- Media is downloaded the moment it arrives, because Telegram file links expire and deleted files are gone for good.
- Every stored file carries a fingerprint, so you can check it has not changed since capture.
